How sessions are organised
After a general warm-up, the group will split into sprints, and middle distance training groups. Each training session typically lasts 1.5 hours and there is a joint cool down at the end of the session.
What do I need to wear?
A pair of comfortable training shoes (there is no need for spikes) and clothes that are comfortable to run in.
Does an adult need to stay during the training session?
For the first few times that you attend, you must be accompanied by an adult. Once you have joined Serpentine then there’s no need for an adult to stay during the training session, although we must have a contact number that can be used in case of an emergency.
