Create a Training Plan

Session to help self coached athletes plan their year

Serpentine is running a session to help self coached athletes plan their year's training. This is aimed at those athletes targetting long course or Ironman distance races in 2013.

During the session you will learn how to plan your year (the macro cycle), each training block (the meso cycle) and each week (the micro cycle) so that you arrive in the best possible shape to execute a great performance on race day.

The venue will be the club room at the Seymour Center.

The coaches

Your coaches will be Alex Elferink and Claire Strong.

This is a free session. Please sign up on MyEvents. If you sign up and cannot come please delete your entry so that others can sign up.
